Acceptable return

You may request returns for the items you buy from us, listed on psoriasistreatmentindia.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable or not applicable for return.

Return Procedure

You can initiate the return from your account or you can also contact psoriasistreatmentindia.com to do the same.

Return Guidelines

1. The item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
2. The request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with our Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
4. Return will be processed only if, it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box and seal intact, MRP tag intact, User’s Information Leaflet and all the accessories therein).

Category wise Guidelines

Health and Wellness: It includes food products, which used to address specific or multiple health related issues.

This item is non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund as applicable with a definite condition that the item is not opened and used/consumed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund and initiating return, as applicable.

REFUND

After the receipt of the item is notified as the return, the refund processing timeline for Prepaid orders will vary from 5-7 business days in case of refund via original payment method whereas the buyer can choose to get credited through NEFT by giving bank account details or can choose to get credited the amount in buyer’s psoriasis treatment India account as credits/balance.

CANCELLATION

Once the order is placed, you are free to cancel the order anytime before the order is shipped or dispatched. For the cases, where order has already been dispatched you are no more allowed to cancel the order, however, you can mail us on admin@psoriasistreatmentindia.com with the subject ‘cancel my order’ or can deny the shipment when the delivery executive contacts you.
